Why we’re appealing to the Supreme Court

The Supreme Court will hear the plea of the Honnavar fisherfolk at 10 30 am tomorrow.

This case could change due-process for large infrastructure projects and take away the people’s rights to raise their concerns.

So much changes in a decade. It’s only right that people continue to have a say in the development of the national.

Will the honourable court admit the case?
Will the people get a chance to say their piece?
Or will they have to silently accept annhilation in the guise of development?
